Our workplace Stress Management Program can be delivered as a series of classes or as a one-off workshop.

Some Popular Options Include:

  • 1.5 hour practical Mind-Body Health Stress Buster Workshop to introduce the mind-body connection and how it relates to managing daily stressors. In this highly interactive and dynamic workshop, participants will learn the best practical tips and tools to reduce stress and develop a personal action plan that leads to positive outcomes.
  • Introductory workshop can be followed by One or Several 1-hour Mind-Body Health Sessions where participants will learn various practices and behavior-change techniques that are universally shown to significantly improve energy levels, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase performance levels. Your staff will also have an opportunity to create individualized Life Balance Action Plan specifically tailored to fit their needs and abilities.
  • Creating a Stress-Free Life is a six-week program to learn and practice proven stress reduction strategies to manage stress, outlook and mood. Methods include breathing techniques, emotional intelligence and awareness, time-management, problem solving, mindfulness, gratitude, appreciation, self-compassion, physical relaxation and meditation techniques. 
  • Mind-Body Health Program is often combined with our Series of Relaxation and Meditation Sessions that are specifically created to reduce tension and anxiety, improve focus and positive thinking, increase motivation, and build resiliency. These sessions will equip your staff with knowledge and easy-to-use practical tools for long-term benefits.
